On May 18, 2016, the U.S. Department of Labor (U.S. DOL) issued its “Final Rule,” which expands the number of people eligible to receive overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
The change will take effect on December 1, 2017. As a result, club owners should begin to assess now how this new law could affect their business
