The client will receive the GYM HQ discount when using the Paychex platform for payroll processing.
Walk-Up Pricing
Walk-Up Fee: $100 for every 100 new members added*
Example: When advancing through the pricing tiers, the GYM HQ fee shall not immediately jump to the next level when a new member count threshold is reached – the Parties intend that there be gradual fee “walk-up.” If a Growth studio with 400 Members grows to 560 Members, the GYM HQ fee shall not increase from $900/mo. To $1,200/mo. Immediately (if applicable, adjust fees for Paychex services). The GYM HQ fee shall increase from $900/mo. To $1,000/mo. Once the studio eclipses 700 members, the full $1,200/mo. will apply.
Presale Pricing
Presale Pricing only available to studio signing a Back-Office Service Agreement for a fixed term of 12 months or more. Eligible studios will be billed $450/mo. for limited services in accounting, payroll, and operations. Once the studio is open, the rates will adjust to the open studio price structure.
