As with other segments of the economy, the fitness industry has not been spared by the recent outbreak of COVID-19. Health concerns are compounded by the yet-unknown full financial impact of the virus’ spread. As businesses close and people shelter in place, governments around the world, including ours here in the U.S., have moved quickly to enact new legislation aimed at providing some much-needed relief. As a fitness business owner or operator, you undoubtedly have many questions of your own. At ClubReady, we hear you, we’re aware of the many challenges you face, and this webinar is intended to provide some clarity to the current legislative landscape around COVID-19 and other legal considerations that may affect your business.
Join us on Wednesday, March 25 at 4 PM EST for a legal discussion moderated by ClubReady’s own General Counsel, Jonathan Hill. On the line will be attorneys Jeff Cunningham (Member with Miller & Martin, LLP) and Seth Ford (with Troutman Sanders, LLP) to provide legislative updates and answer many of your questions about COVID-19. We understand this pandemic presents unprecedented challenges. We will get through this together. Registrants are encouraged to submit their own questions about some of the real-world legal challenges they are facing in light of COVID-19.
Complete the form below to register. All registrants will receive a copy of the recording afterward.
